When filling in the form, the applicant should note that his/her name must be written in full and in capital letters. The names must also be identical to those used for registration for O” & A” level exams and academic transcript where applicable or equivalent.

•  No abbreviations will be accepted.

• Applicants should note that programmes to apply for are represented by letter codes and those are the codes to be written in the space provided for each programme code. The list of programme and their codes are indicated on the application forms. Applicants should seriously note that a wrong code would result into the applicant’s name being omitted from the list of applicants for the particular programme (s)

• The applicant should sign in the space provided to confirm that the he/she is responsible for all the information entered on the application form.

• After completing the application form, the candidate should attach copies of O’&A’ level result pass slips, birth certificate and certified transcripts and certificates where applicable.

• Applicants are urged to crosscheck that the information filled in the application form is true to the best of their knowledge.

• False information and impersonation is illegal. Candidates are strongly warned against presentation of forged or other people’s academic documents to support their application for admission. Whenever discovered either at registration or afterwards, leads to automatic cancellation of admission besides being referred to police for prosecution.
• The closing date or deadline for submitting the completed application forms should be abided by and beyond that, application forms will not be received.
